This service enables people to make informed decisions regarding their particular needs, and select the services most appropriate for their circumstances.

Information and Referral Specialists have access to a computer database of over 1,300 social, health, and government programs. They are trained and well-informed about application processes, common questions and provide a each caller with a personal guide through the human services system. Information and Referral Specialists combine thoughtful questioning and careful listening with support and accurate information.

On-line Community Services Directory is available for visitors to seek out assistance at their convenience. This database is updated at regular intervals, however, we encourage visitors to call and consult with our Information and Referral Specialists in addition to searching the on-line Directory to ensure that all possible referrals are obtained.
